Swing Sheds Terms of Service

1. Overview

Swing Sheds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides premium, custom-built golf simulator studios and related products and services. By placing an order, using our website, or engaging with our team, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Payment

• Custom Orders: All Swing Sheds are built to order. A deposit is required to initiate production.
• Payment Terms: Payment schedules are outlined in your sales agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation.
• Order Changes: Changes after order finalization may incur additional charges and may affect delivery timing.

3. Cancellations & Returns

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of deposit for a full refund. After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
• Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. See our Return Policy for details.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for preparing their site in accordance with our guidelines, including permits and access.
• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or other events beyond our control.
• Installation: If installation is handled by our certified network, we guarantee workmanship. Issues must be reported within 7 days of completion.

5. Product Warranty

• Shed Structure: Covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years.
• Simulator Equipment: Covered by manufacturer’s warranty (see Red Stakes Golf terms).
• Warranty Claims: Must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages arising from improper site prep, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of the product.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including designs, images, and text, is our property and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing communications (with opt-out available). See our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution
