Swing Sheds Return & Cancellation Policy

All Swing Sheds are custom-engineered and built to order. As such, returns are generally not accepted once manufacturing has begun.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of deposit with a full refund.
- After 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable due to custom material procurement and production scheduling.
Changes to Orders:
- Design or finish changes requested after order finalization may incur additional charges and could impact delivery timelines.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your shed arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate repair, replacement of affected components, or—if necessary—replacement of the unit at no additional cost.
Installation Issues:
- If installation is performed by our certified network, any issues identified during or immediately after install will be addressed at our expense.

Third-Party Simulator Hardware:
- Covered by manufacturer’s warranty (Red Stakes Golf). Returns or exchanges are subject to their terms.
Upgrades & Accessories:
- Unopened, unused accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt (customer pays return shipping). Installed upgrades are non-returnable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Custom projects, bespoke finishes, or site-specific modifications are final sale.
No returns for sheds damaged due to improper site prep or customer-handled installation.
