Swing Sheds Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Area & Availability
- Service Area: We currently deliver within the United States, with a primary focus on a 150-mile radius of Glasgow, KY. Expanded regional and national shipping is available—additional charges may apply based on distance.
- Delivery Restrictions: Delivery is subject to local zoning, access, and permit requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring their site is ready and accessible for delivery and installation.
2. Shipping Charges

Zone-Based Pricing:
- Zone 1 (0–100 miles): Included in product price
- Zone 2 (100–400 miles): +$2,500
- Zone 3 (400–1,000 miles): +$5,000
- Zone 4 (1,000+ miles): +$10,000+ (quoted individually)
- Additional Fees: Remote or difficult-to-access sites may incur extra charges. All shipping costs will be confirmed before order finalization.
3. Scheduling & Lead Time
- Lead Time: Typical lead time from order to delivery is 8–12 weeks, depending on model, customization, and current production schedule.
- Scheduling: Our team will coordinate a delivery and installation date with you once your shed is ready. You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process.
4. Delivery Process
- Site Preparation: Customers must complete all required site prep (foundation, permits, clear access) before delivery. Detailed prep guidelines are provided at purchase.
- Delivery Day: Our logistics team or certified installers will deliver your shed to your prepared site. You or your representative must be present for inspection and sign-off.
- Installation: If included, installation is handled by our certified network and scheduled to follow delivery.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we strive to meet all quoted delivery windows, delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes promptly.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your shed and all equipment upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
