At Swing Sheds, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every build. This Warranty & Liability Policy outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and your responsibilities as the customer.

 

 

 

Limited Warranty Coverage

 


Swing Sheds provides the following limited warranty on our structures:

 

  • Exterior Components (siding, roofing, doors, windows, exterior paint/finish): Five (5) years from the date of delivery. 

  • Interior Components (flooring, wall coverings, insulation, electrical fixtures, finishes): One (1) year from the date of delivery.

  • Installed Equipment (if applicable): Any third-party equipment (e.g., golf simulators, projectors, HVAC units) is covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

 

 

What is Not Covered

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering of materials.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

  • Improper site preparation, foundation issues, or ground movement.

  • Damage from extreme weather events (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).

  • Electrical, HVAC, or simulator equipment not installed by Swing Sheds.

  • Cosmetic variations in paint, stain, or natural materials.

 

 

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

 


To ensure warranty coverage, customers are responsible for:

 

  • Proper maintenance of the structure (cleaning, sealing, inspections).

  • Following all care instructions provided by Swing Sheds.

  • Securing necessary permits, approvals, and inspections.

  • Ensuring safe and proper use of simulator equipment and accessories.

 

 

 

 

Warranty Claims

 

 

  • All claims must be submitted in writing to Swing Sheds at [your email address].

  • Claims must include proof of purchase, description of the issue, and supporting photos if available.

  • Swing Sheds reserves the right to inspect the structure before determining warranty coverage.

  • If covered, Swing Sheds will repair or replace defective parts at its sole discretion.

 

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

  • Swing Sheds’ liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship under this policy.

  • Swing Sheds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost revenue, or personal injury.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

 

 

 

 

Transferability

 


This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
