Swing Sheds Payment Policy

 


At Swing Sheds, we are committed to providing a transparent and seamless purchasing experience. Please review our payment policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

 

Accepted Payment Methods

 


We accept the following forms of payment:

 

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Bank wire transfers (required for certain large orders)

  • Certified checks or money orders (subject to clearance before order processing)

  • Financing options - PayPal, Affirm, Klarna (when available through approved partners)

 

 

 

 

Payment Terms

 

 

  • Deposits: A [percentage]% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order to secure your build slot.

  • Final Balance: Remaining payment is due prior to delivery and installation of your Swing Shed. Orders will not ship or be installed until full payment is received.

  • Custom Orders: Because each Swing Shed is tailored to your specifications, all payments toward custom features, upgrades, or design modifications are non-refundable once production begins.

 

 

 

 

Pricing & Taxes

 

 

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees, permits, or charges required by local authorities.

 

 

 

 

Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our builds.

  • If an order is canceled before production begins, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • Once production has started, refunds are not available. Exceptions may be granted at Swing Sheds’ sole discretion.

 

 

 

 

Late or Failed Payments

 

 

  • Payments not received by the due date may result in delays in production or delivery.

  • If payment obligations are not met, Swing Sheds reserves the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.

 

 

 

 

Financing & Third-Party Payments

 

 

  • Financing is subject to approval through third-party providers. Terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules are determined by the financing company, not Swing Sheds.

  • Payments made through financing must comply with the financing provider’s policies.
